Can I stop my subscription at any time?

Yes you can stop your subscription at any time via your Customer Area. Why not have a look at this tutorial here on how to do so. When you cancel a service, the subscription will automatically terminate on the due date.

What are the accepted means of payment?

We accept most credit and debit cards such as Visa, Mastercard or American Express. We also accept PayPal payments. Payments by bank transfer or check are only accepted for annual offers.

Is it possible to temporarily suspend my subscription?

Subscriptions are automatically renewed from date to date. It is therefore not possible to temporarily stop your subscription and then resume it.

Can I change my subscription?

Yes and at any time! You can switch to a higher or lower offer whenever you want from your customer area. In the case of a switch to a higher offer, a prorated invoice will automatically be generated for the remaining days of your subscription.

Are subscriptions automatically renewed?

Yes. All subscriptions are renewed monthly or annually depending on your payment preferences.

What is the difference between the player included in my offer and the pro player?

The pro player allows you to plug in a stream from a server other than RadioKing.

Is the radio player included in my offer?

Yes, the radio player is included in all our offers (Start, Pro et Business).

What are "monthly listening hours"?

Monthly listening hours are the total cumulative time that your radio is listened to. For example if you have a listener who listens to your radio station for 1 hour a day for 30 days, at the end of the month they will have consumed 30 hours out of your your monthly consumption. If you have a second listener who listens to your station in the same way, together they will consume 60 hours of your monthly listening hours.

Do I need to have the computer running 24/7?

Thanks to the RadioKing Manager you do not need to leave your computer on. The radio stations that we host are on servers in the Cloud and operate 24 hours a day without any intervention on your part.
Nevertheless, for customers who wish to do so, it is also possible to broadcast via a broadcasting software 24/7 (this could be useful for FM radios for example).

What happens if I exceed my listening hours?

You can track your consumption at any time from your dashboard. We notify you by email as soon as you reach 80% and 90% of your consumption. You can always switch to a higher offer to increase your listening time. In the case that you use up all of your listening hours, you will still be able to access your Manager but listeners will no longer be able to listen to your radio.

Can I have multiple radio stations on the same account?

You can have multiple radio stations under the same account and switch easily from one radio station to another from the Radio Manager.

Are royalty fees included?

To distribute music subject to copyright, you must obtain authorization from the bodies responsible for the regulation of works. RadioKing does not provide any rights for the distribution of musical works.

Can I modify my application after publishing?

With the Mobile Simulator, you can modify the contents of your application at any time, as many times as you want. The changes will immediately be visible on all your listeners' smartphones.

Only the application icon, loading page and publication information cannot be changed at any time and require republishing. Please contact our team to learn more about republishing.

Do I need a developer account?

Apple and Google’s user policies do not allow us to publish your application on our accounts. You must therefore have an Apple developer account to publish your application on iOS and/or a Google Play developer account to publish your application on Android. Developer accounts are charged $99/year for Apple and $25 (one-time payment for lifetime use) for Google. If you have any questions, our team is here to help.

Must I publish my application myself?

You have to publish the application by yourself on your developer accounts. Nevertheless, you will be guided at each step via an interactive tutorial. However, if you are unable to publish your application, there is a paid option for us to do it for you. Do not hesitate to contact our support team for more information.

Do you offer the mobile app with the White Label option (without any mentions of RadioKing)?

By default, the name RadioKing appears at the bottom of the app description and in the small "Info" button on the application's playback screen. However, it is possible to purchase the White Label option for the the mobile application.

Does "RadioKing" appear on the Player?

No, the Radio Player is offered with the White Label and therefore does not display a "RadioKing" mention.

Does the Radio Player work on a mobile phone?

The Radio Player uses HTML5 to start playback which allows it to be compatible on most smartphones.

Can I get help?

Of course! You can contact the RadioKing team whenever you want via the Support tab in your Customer Area. We respond in less than 24 hours to each request (and most of the time in less than 3 hours). You can also consult our numerous tutorials, our YouTube channel or get valuable tips to improve your radio from our blog.

Are technical skills required?

Absolutely not! We have developed RadioKing so that anyone can create their own radio on the Internet, without being a computer or radio pro. In addition to that, we offer many tutorials to help you fully understand each of the features.

What happens when my demo period ends?

When the demo period ends you can continue your service by purchasing a subscription from this page. Be careful not to wait too long as you have 20 days before your demo is permanently deleted.

If you do not wish to continue, you do not have to do anything and you will not be charged.

Can I add adverts?

You can show as many adverts as you want! We offer different tools for the mobile app and the website that allow you to integrate an ad network like Adwords or Admob. It is also possible to easily program your adverts in the Radio Manager.

Can I have multiple radios on the same Alexa Skill?

For the moment, you can only have one single radio per Skill.

Do I have to publish my applications myself?

You do not have to publish your own applications. We take care of publishing your Alexa Skill on our own Amazon developer account.

Do I need a developer account?

You do not need a specific account to get your own Alexa Skill. Our team will publish your voice applications for free on our own developer accounts.

Can I change my voice applications after they've been published?

Unfortunately, you can not modify your vocal applications yourself after they have been published. Modifying your vocals apps is possible, but it requires a complete republication by one of our technicians. We offer a republication for 15 €/$18/£12.

Is is possible to purchase a domain name?

We offer a default domain that allows you to access your site as soon as it is activated. However, we do not offer a complete custom domain name.

We recommend that you order a domain name from a registrar (OVH, Gandi, GoDaddy, ...) so that you can then link it to your radio site.

Can I use my own domain name?

Of course! You can use your own domain name (hosted on OVH, 1&1, GoDaddy etc.). You simply need to change your DNS configurations in order to connect the domain.

Can I delete RadioKing at the bottom of the page?

The White Label is an option that we offer on the Radio Site (it removes all "RadioKing" mentions at the bottom of the page.

This option is optional and offered at  €15/ $18/ £12 /month including VAT.
